Book Summary:
HIPAA Help is a 256 page, paperbound book in a large format so that the forms in it can be photocopied onto your letterhead. A few of the forms may need some tailoring to your practice (which HIPAA specifically encourages). For example, adding your letterhead and the name of your Privacy Officer. You can photocopy them from the book or you can download any or all of the forms from our website (see the big blue button on the home page). Do you have to buy the book before using the forms. I will not prevent that (because to do so would impose a burden on the purchasers) but I believe using these forms without understanding them and their limitations both legal and clinical presents some risks which readers of the book will avoid.
