DALLAS –– Hawaii Health Information Corporation (HHIC), Honolulu, Hawaii, has signed an agreement with Phoenix Health Systems for Server Management Outsourcing Services provided from Phoenix’s Leveraged Service Center (LSC) located in downtown Honolulu.

Phoenix, a premier provider of Strategic Consulting, Information Technology Outsourcing and Revenue Cycle Management services focused on the business goals of healthcare organizations, announced today that it will provide comprehensive Server Management Services to HHIC. Key servers will be relocated from HHIC offices to the Phoenix LSC in Honolulu, addressing the important need for business continuity in case of disaster. Additionally, Phoenix will provide server monitoring and operations services, security and systems administration, database administration and backup/restore services.
