Versions 6.0, 6.5 and 7.0 now include a si gned forms feature. Version 5.1 not only has sign-in but sign-out features as well. Although the software is sophisticated, the installation is effortless and the operation can be mastered quickly.
When the client enters the facility they are instructed to sign in, and the computer will do the rest. Signature/Date/Time are automatically recorded. Then, depending on the end users choice of the specifically tailored Sign-In Electronically™ pro grams, additional tablet entries may be offered. The information is maintained in an encrypted database, which can be shared over a network, viewed, searched, exported or printed.
