ClearTrial® Announces Launch of Support Website for Clinical Trial Software Customers |
| Customer Center provides tips, techniques and one-stop shop for clinical trial budgeting, resource planning and outsourcing software support. |
Atlanta, GA -- At the 43rd Annual Meeting of the Drug Information Association (DIA) held at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta today, ClearTrial announced the launch of the ClearTrial® Customer Center, a customer s upport website for its clinical trial software customers. The website provides a single source for ClearTrial customers to find training, documentation, advice and tips on how to improve their clinical trial budgeting, resource planning and outsourcing operations using the ClearTrial clinical trial software.
The ClearTrial® Customer Center features the latest software documentation, release notes, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) and tips on how to use of the ClearTrial software to plan, budget, forecast and negotiate clinical trial budgets and timeline s.
"ClearTrial is committed to providing the highest level service to our customers," said Mike Soenen, Managing Partner at ClearTrial. "And consistent with the entire ClearTrial experience, the ClearTrial Customer Center has a clean, fast, easy-to-use interface that allows our customers to find the information they need quickly and easily."
Also at the DIA Annual Conference, ClearTrial Managing Partners presented two sessions aimed at helping clinical operations and outsourcing professionals and their contract Research Organization (CRO) partners to accelerate the clinical outsourcing and contracting functions. Richard Musselman chaired "Improving CRO Negotiations to Accelerate Time to Market," a session that examined methods for streamlining the contract process between drug developers and contract research organizations (CRO s). Soenen presented "Transforming Five New Clinical Development Strategies into Real Results and What We Can Learn from the Industries that Have Done It."
