MedcomSoft Record Receives No. 1 Ranking |
| MedcomSoft record receives No. 1 ranking in the Ambulatory EMR 1-5 Physicians category in KLAS' 2007 Mid-Year Report Card. |
MedcomSoft Inc. (TSX-MSF), a provider of the next generation of interoperable electronic health records (EHR), announced today that it was ranked first overall in the Ambulatory EMR 1-5 Physicians category in KLAS' 2007 Mid-Year Report.
KLAS independently monitors vendor performance through the active participation of thousands of healthcare organizations. Providers use these ratings to help them make the best possible purchasing and negotiating decisions. KLAS uses a stringent methodo logy to ensure all data and ratings are accurate, honest and impartial. Companies that participate in the KLAS survey must have a participating client base large enough to produce statistically significant results.

The "Top 20: KLAS Mid-Year Report Card" examines several key facets of customer-vendor relationships including service, implementation, upgrades, contracting and sales. KLAS highlights for MedcomSoft Record include:
• MedcomSoft Record received a 96 percent ranking among respondents in the 1-5 Physicians category when asked if they would purchase the product again. MedcomSoft Record also received a 96 percent ranking in the same category when asked if clien ts would recommend the product to a friend or peer.
• MedcomSoft Record showed the biggest improvement in scores in the 1 - 5 Physicians category from the 2006 "Best in KLAS" Year-End report.
• MedcomSoft was ranked the highest amongst all category vendors with respect to its commitment to technology.
