Wellsoft Selected To Automate Emergency Department at Memorial Hospital |
| Wellsoft Corporation today announced that Memorial Hospital in York, Pennsylvania has selected its Emergency Department Information System (EDIS) to help realize their strategic goals of creating a more efficient emergency department and providing better patient care. |
Somerset, NJ –– Wellsoft Corporation today announced that Memorial Hospital in York, Pennsylvania has selected its Emergency Department Information System (EDIS) to help realize their strategic goals of creating a more efficient emergency department and providing better patient care.
“Automating our Emergency Department will help us improve our patient care by decreasing wait times and streamlining our radiology and laboratory orders and results,” said Dr. Greg Smolin, Medical Director – Emergency Department. “Our doctors and nurses will have a more efficient environment with automated patient tracking, electronic documentation and the elimination of manual and duplicate orders and results.”
Wellsoft’s state of the art EDIS system will be customized to meet the critical care monitoring needs of the physicians, nurses and specialists at Memorial Hospital. Wellsoft’s implementation specialists will analyze patient flow and throughput to customize the Wellsoft solution to help Memorial Hospital reach their efficiency and patient satisfaction goals.
