VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. -- IntraNexus, Inc. (www.intranexus.com), manufacturer of the SAPPHIRE® Web-based healthcare information system (HIS), and BizTech Healthcare Solutions, Inc. (www.forbiztechhealth.com), the award-winning healthcare solutions integrator and developer of the ProMed Series of Revenue Cycle Solutions, announce the establishment of an OEM Agreement where-by IntraNexus will OEM and integrate the ProMed Series of Healthcare Solutions including ProMed DM (Document Management), ProMed Scanning, HIM Coding/Charge Entry, ProMed Chart Management/Deficiency, and ProMed Workflow into its SAPPHIRE line of healthcare information solutions, including its Clinical Information System, Pharmacy and Medication Management Component, Patient Access & Financial Management System and Long-Term Care Information System.
