WASHINGTON -- BIO President and CEO Jim Greenwood issued the following statement today following the release of the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA) revised Code on Interactions with Healthcare Professionals:
“As public dialogue continues over the proper ethical standards guiding interactions between biotechnology innovators and pharmaceutical companies with healthcare professionals, we believe PhRMA’s release of its revised Code is an important contribution to this ongoing dialogue.
